On Monday, November 6, 2018 Emmanuel Macron called for the creation of a “true European army” to allow the EU defend itself from threats ranging from Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin.
The French president has pushed for closer EU defence union since coming to power last year but has been so far met with limited success amid foot-dragging by other member states.
“We have to protect ourselves with respect to China, Russia and even the United States of America,” Mr Macron told France’s Europe 1 radio in an interview.
“When I see President Trump announcing that he’s quitting a major disarmament treaty which was formed after the 1980s Euro-missile crisis that hit Europe, who is the main victim? Europe and its security.”
The French president continued: “We will not protect the Europeans unless we decide to have a true European army.
“We need a Europe which defends itself better alone, without just depending on the United States, in a more sovereign manner.”
Mr Macron was speaking in Verdun, northeast France, as part of a week-long tour of battlefields leading up to First World War Armistice centenary commemorations on Sunday.
The election of Mr Trump to the White House appears to have given more urgency to the cause of boosting the EU’s defence capabilities, with leaders warning they cannot simply rely on the United States.
European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker said last year that “deference to Nato can no longer be used as a convenient alibi to argue against greater European efforts”.
France is the strongest and most vocal proponent of an EU army but Germany has also tentatively endorsed Mr Macron’s proposals for a joint command structure for military interventions.
Under the new “Permanent Structured Cooperation” (Pesco) initiative legislated for in 2009 and activated in 2017, 25 of the 28 armed forces are in the process of stepping up cooperation between their militaries. Denmark, Malta and the United Kingdom have decided to opt out of the voluntary system. – Independent

One must understand that there has not been a world-wide ruling empire since ROME. America is a great nation but pales in comparison to the power, length of dominance, past and present wealth, and control of Rome. America is not Babylon in prophecy like many claim. America is actually just a branch off the tree of Rome. Hence, the governance, architecture, and culture of America.
Rome supposedly fell in 476 AD according to secular history, but we that understand the Bible and world affairs know that Rome only fell as a military power (according to the Bible this is when Rome or the beast got “wounded” yet it did not die completely like the “beasts” or kingdoms before it – the Greek, Medo-Persian, and Babylonian Empires). Once Rome was “wounded” i.e. once Rome “fell” in 476 A.D., they used shrewd politico-religious tactics by way of the popes, secular leaders, and secret societies to stay somewhat alive till this day:
“The last Western Roman Emperor, Romulus Augustulus (475-476 AD) was overthrown by the barbarian Odoacer who was proclaimed king of Italy by his troops. The history of Rome then merged with that of the Papacy (religious government) – The Holy Roman Empire, papal states, and Italy.”

The merge between the religious and secular governments of Rome which took place after 476 A.D., was an attempt to revive the Roman Empire:

Therefore, one must understand that Rome did not truly fall in 476 A.D:

Charlemagne had no wish to appear to owe his title to Leo, and would have preferred to crown himself; but the pope took him by surprise in St. Peter’s on Christmas Day, 800, and placed the crown on his head before Charlemagne could prevent it. So originated the idea of the Holy Roman Empire, a creation of the papacy which was to rival the popes and which survived until the 19th century.”

The Book of Daniel reveals that there would be many emperors that would arise to try and restore the Roman Empire and history confirms this to be true. By way of the Bible, we know that the 9 attempts from these secular rulers to restore the Roman Empire were unsuccessful. However, those with Biblical understanding know that the 10th secular ruler that tries to restore the Roman Empire will be successful. Benito Mussolini was the 9th ruler. We are waiting on the 10th and final Western European ruler to reveal himself and that is when the “wound” of the Roman Empire will be healed i.e. that is when the Roman Empire will be revived:

This unique history and stance that the Roman Catholic Church has assumed is the reason for it’s obscure description below as being a Great Kingdom that existed or WAS ( in the past), and IS NOT ( the power it use to be due to a military decline), and YET IS (still in existence today through religion and mind control). However, the world does not have the spiritual eyes to see that this Great Kingdom is still alive.

When Rome fell in 476 AD, it was wounded as a military force. Therefore, they are in need for a revival in that regard. One must realize how close we are to the ROMAN EMPIRE being revived:

This Great and Terrible Beast already has their Roman-Catholic RELIGION (the largest in the world) which has deceived and indoctrinated the world with blasphemous false teachings and is responsible for all Protestant denominations, sending billions of harmless individuals down the path of eternal damnation.
Yet, the masses are oblivious to this crafty deception and therefore supports the anti-christ system over the truth of God’s Word. This manipulative false doctrine not only brain washes the world but it also makes mass merchants depend on the continuation of false religion (Sunday Services, Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc) as the sales from these ungodly traditions plays a major role in the global economy.
They already have the ECONOMY (EURO) – FoxNews 1/1/2002- “PARIS – For the first time since the era of the Roman Empire, all of Europe is using one currency — in this case, rainbow-colored bank notes called euros.”
Remember, this ROMAN EMPIRE/ BEAST got wounded in 476 AD by losing its military might. That is how America was able to take the lead in the WEST for world dominance. However, according to prophecy ROME has to RISE and this is why in these last days we see America is rapidly declining. Not only does the various inequalities and disparities, racial uprisings, economic climate, flawed education system, judicial and prison system, misleading media networks, and the poor quality of food hint to such a fall, but even when we reflect on ancient Rome and major empires of history we see that they usually crumble and fall from within. America is a waning empire! This is giving room for ROME to RISE!
Thus, a TRUE EUROPEAN ARMY is the last thing the EU needs for Rome to be REVIVED and be a force to be reckoned with! We see now, thanks to President Macron, it will only be a matter of time until the WOUND of the ROMAN EMPIRE is fully HEALED with military might!
The Army of Rome will be the 10 United States of the Europe. It is only a matter of time before the EU’s Army is setup. Just as the Euro was introduced for the first time since the Roman Empire, likewise we have not seen an United European Army like this since the days of ancient Rome. The Revived Roman Empire will control this EU Army and the Euro currency – this is the only way the Pope will be able to enforce the Mark of the Beast and deny all within his reach the right to buy or sell anything without receiving his mark.
Many are unaware that the EU was founded on the Treaty of Rome. This is why European Union leaders met in Rome on March 25, 2017, in a ceremony to mark the 60th Anniversary of the Treaty of Rome, which saw the foundation of the European Economic Community (ECC), the precursor to the modern-day European Union:
In Revelation 17 below you will come to understand that the Beast = The Revived Roman Empire. This kingdom is the new modernized form of the ancient Roman empire. It has to be revived. The 10 horns are the United States of Europe (EU) who have signed the treaty of Rome. These 10 nations will give up their sovereignty to Rome which will enable Rome’s revival. This fact is even why our elders have known for a long time that Britain had to leave the EU (Brexit) because they have always had an issue with giving up their sovereignty and bowing down to the orders of the Pope.
The Pope is going to use this army to destroy wonderfully during the Great Tribulation (3.5 years) and that will be the same army Russia and her allies come up to fight at Armageddon and ultimately fight JESUS:

Once the ROMAN EMPIRE is HEALED via the EU ARMY, the Pope will have the POWER he needs to enforce the MARK of the BEAST and kill all those that don’t submit during the 3.5 year Great Tribulation. :

The REVIVED ROMAN EMPIRE (WEST) will be gathered at Armageddon to battle the KINGS OF THE EAST (Russia and Allies). Thankfully, God is going to intervene and destroy all the nations that are gathered at Armageddon.Thus, Armageddon will be a clash between EASTERN EUROPE, WESTERN EUROPE, and GOD:

After this Battle between God and Man, God is going to throw The Pope and Secular Ruler (the two leaders of the Revived “Holy” Roman Empire) in the lake of fire for all of her corruption, crime, lies, deception, blasphemy, and murder:
